Adoption Avenues Agency is a non-profit, (501)(c)(3) charitable organization licensed by the State of Oregon to provide international adoption services for families throughout the U.S. We are accredited through the Council on Accreditation (COA) and because of this we are able to provide adoption services for Hague adoption cases after the Hague Convention on Intercountry Adoption enters into force for the United States on April 1, 2008
We do serve children and families in the fallowing foreign countries: Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania, Guatemala, Chile, Uzbekistan and Ethiopia. We are referring healthy and special needs children.
Services include: home studies and post-placement services, counseling and support.
Adoption Avenues is also committed to the physical needs of those children who will never have the chance to be placed in a loving home through our various relief projects including our program for Developmental delayed and HIV positive children in Ethiopia.
