Happy Families International Center is a non-profit, NYS licensed child-placement agency. With full Hague accreditation and permanent accreditation in Russia, HFIC has over 16 years of experience in placing foreign-born orphan and abandoned children with loving American families. Our Executive Director is a Moscow native who has dedicated her life to improving the lives of these children through adoption and creating humanitarian projects such as the “I Want To Walk” program, which provides surgery and prosthetics for orphans with missing limbs, and the Russian Children’s Folk Festival – a child-hosting program. . Our caring and compassionate staff will personally guide you through the process of preparing for the adoption of your child from Russia or Kazakhstan.
