What Tools are Available to Sponsors?

Through your private agency-admin panel, you may list your local and national events in the largest online Adoption Events area, add your humanitarian programs to our Help a Child area, design and update your Agency Listing, promote your Country Programs and advocate for your waiting children through our two unique Child Advocacy listings:

· Photo/Text Listing: RainbowKids.com has the largest and most visited photolisting of waiting children online. Our public listings allow the placing-agency to display a photo and information on a waiting child. Private Listings allow the placing-agency to set a specific password for a child. Literally thousands of children have found their families through our listings.

· Private Child Match: Children who may not be photolisted on the internet have a new and powerful tool available to them. Using the PCM, agencies may now reach out to thousands of families who are seeking a child through our National Database of Pre-Adoptive Families. Families seeking a child are contacted via email when a match is made and given the direct contact for the placing-agency. At no time is the child’s information listed online. RainbowKids.com is an adoption advocacy organization.

· We have over 13 years of online experience promoting adoption and helping agencies to gain maximum exposure to future clients

What other services are available?

In addition to the above, all agencies may participate in, at no extra cost, our weekly newsletter of waiting children and submit professional articles, or personal adoption stories / videos from their clients.

Mission Statement and Costs

Unlike other large websites dedicated to adoption, we are not a commercial enterprise, simply grinding out content to generate more advertising revenue. Our goals are to educate adoptive parents, promote international adoption, focus on special needs children as well as those who are blessed with good health, match families with humanitarian programs and promote a community and connectivity of adoptive families. To that end, we are selective with the agencies we work with (see requirements below), however, we do not charge high prices for our services. For just $65 per month, payable via check either semi-annually or annually, you will receive the full benefits outlined above

Requirements for Advertising on RainbowKids.com

1. An agency must be licensed in their state. No facilitators or private lawyers may participate without full agency certification in the state their business resides in.
2. It must be understood that if an agency wishes to photolist on RainbowKids.com or in our Waiting Child E-Newsletter, they must have been in business for more than one year.
3. RainbowKids.com reserves the right to reject any agency wishing to advertise for any reason, stated or unstated.
4. RainbowKids.com reserves the right to refund fee and terminate relationship with any sponsor who violates our policies.
5. All agencies working within Hague countries must have Hague Accreditation.

Private Child Match

In addition to our current child-listing options of Public & Password Protected, we have now added an option that you may use to find families for EVERY child: Private Child Match.

Our PCM feature allows adoption professionals to advocate for children without listing that child's information on the internet. This feature should be chosen only for children who cannot be photo or text listed on our Waiting Child Photolisting.

How Does Private Child Match Work?

RainbowKids.com maintains the largest National Database of Pre-Adoptive Families. Each family has registered their detailed information voluntarily.
When a child is added by an agency using the PCM option, this child's information is matched to family profiles. Specifically, families who are open to the child's age, race, gender, special needs, sibling status, and location. However, much of this detailed information is NOT provided directly to the family.
These families will immediately receive an email with the following non-identifying information:

Child's ID #
Child's DOB (this may be a close approximation)
Child's Special Needs
Short Description
Agency name and agency's contact (email)

Families are not provided with child's race, geographic location, gender, or other identifying information. If a family is interested in finding out further information, they must contact the agency directly. No information about the child will be listed on the website.

Private Child Match is an innovative advocacy tool allowing all children, everywhere, the opportunity to find a family.
