Since 2003, A Better Life / Moldova (ABL), a group of WHFC adoptive parents concerned about the fate of orphaned and impoverished children in Moldova, has raised money to improve living conditions in state-run institutions. Infrastructure and capital projects have been done in partnership with Moldova World Children's Fund (MWCF) and other partners. |
