A free meeting will be held from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at the Ozark Technical Community College, 1001 E. Chestnut Expressway, Information Commons West (ICW) Room 220, in Springfield. A representative of Dillon International, a licensed, non-profit agency, will give an overview of adoption from China, Korea, Haiti, India, Hong Kong, Ethiopia, Russia and Honduras.
